Hello beautiful souls!

I’m Amy, Spiritual Life Coach and creator of New Beginnings. I created this space to help and support anyone impacted by trauma in their lives as well as other mental health issues that usually go hand in hand with surviving traumatic experiences.  

I myself, have navigated through experience of childhood trauma as well as other traumas later on in life that followed years of mental health struggles whilst trying to reclaim my life after my painful experiences.

I have come out of the other side and stand as proof of what is possible. Here I will be sharing my journey to healing, finding myself and rebuilding my life. I will be sharing my knowledge and honest insights that and I have gained whilst exploring my own healing.

As a certified Life coach, Reiki Healing Practitioner, blogger and advocate, I have made it my personal mission to help as many people as possible to heal from trauma and start a new life free from past pain and suffering. One that's filled with peace, joy, happiness, fulfilment and all of the love that you all truly deserve.

We cannot change the past but it’s our responsibility to heal and I believe we take back our power when we decide to move forward from the pain of the past. We all have the power inside of us to heal and create a new life for ourselves.
